We have three services available here at Leatherhead Parish Church, there’s something for everyone from quiet reflection to contemporary worship.
8am Holy Communion is a quiet reflective service using traditional language.
There are no hymns, just a short talk.
There are no children’s activities during this service.
Morning Worship with Communion
Our 10.30am service with Parish Communion is a classic Anglican worship service with communion every week. On weeks 1 and 3 the music has a contemporary feel and is band led. On weeks 2 and 4 hymns and worship songs are accompanied by the organ or piano.
There are activities for children between the ages of 3yrs-11yrs (Under 3s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or carer). Refreshments are served after the service.
New Fire is an ecumenical evening service on the 3rd Sunday of each month. We meet from 6pm for coffee at All Saints/LYP with the service beginning at 6:30pm. This service has an informal feel. We sit around café tables or on sofas, and people are free to sit or stand during extended times of band led worship. There is a short talk and prayer times often use visual or activity prompts.
N.B. In July we gather for a picnic at Kingston Recreation Ground and there is no service held in August.
